At Ruff Ruff Dog Grooming & Daycare, we want to ensure the safety and well-being of all the furry friends entrusted to our care. Therefore, we have established the following terms and conditions for our dog daycare services.

Vaccinations: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon registration.

Size Limit: Our daycare playground accommodates dogs weighing up to 12kg.

Health Requirements: Dogs should be in good health and free from any contagious diseases. If a dog shows signs of illness while in our care, we reserve the right to separate them from the group and request veterinary care. Female dogs in heat will not be admitted to daycare for the safety and comfort of all dogs.

Trial Evaluation: Prior to enrolment, all dogs must undergo a trial evaluation to ensure they are suitable for a group environment. We want to maintain a safe and peaceful atmosphere for all our guests. The trial evaluation takes place from 7am - 1pm with pick-up between 12pm - 1pm. To ensure your dog receives adequate socialisation, a weekly commitment of at least one day is required.

Desexing: All dogs over the age of six months must be spayed or neutered.

Behavior Guidelines: Aggressive or overly dominant behavior may result in refusal or removal from daycare. To ensure harmony, dogs should be well-socialised and friendly with both humans and other dogs.

Daycare Services: Dog owners agree to allow their dogs to participate in regular socialisation and play activities with other dogs. Dogs may be subject to nap breaks or rest periods to ensure their well-being. Our staff members will provide constant supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs. Late pick-up (after 6pm) will incur a $60 charge.

Social Media: Dog owners agree to photos being taken of their dog for the purpose of being published on social media or our website.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Reservations along with payment are required to guarantee a spot in our daycare program.  Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Failure to attend or cancelling late will result in full-day charges.

Emergency Medical Care: In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner or the designated emergency contact. However, if we are unable to reach anyone, we are authorised to seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our furry guests, accidents can happen. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or escape that may occur during your dog's participation in daycare. Dog owners give permission for our staff to give their dog healthy treats. We are not responsible for the feeding of owner provided treats or food or the administering of medications to dogs.

Personal Belongings: Dog owners are responsible for labeling and providing any necessary personal belongings, such as food or treats. Our daycare facility will take reasonable care of the belongings but will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft.

Termination of Services: Our daycare facility reserves the right to terminate daycare services for any reason, including but not limited to aggressive or dangerous behavior, failure to comply with policies, or non-payment of fees.

Payment: Payment is due at time of booking. Passes are non-transferable & non-refundable. Passes expire 30 days after first use.

Additional Dog Charge: This offer is only valid with 3-day, 5-day, or 10-day passes. It is not applicable to trial, half-day, or full-day passes.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information as necessary to provide the grooming services and for record-keeping purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate the grooming services.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means.

By enrolling your dog with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a fun and stimulating environment for your four-legged companion while ensuring their safety and the peace of mind of their owners.

At Ruff Ruff Dog Grooming & Daycare, we have certain terms and conditions in place to ensure the best experience for both our furry clients and their owners. Here are our dog grooming terms and conditions:

Appointments: We highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to guarantee availability as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment for any reason, including safety concerns or if we determine that the requested services are not suitable for your pet.

Personal Belongings & Loss: Please remove any personal belongings from your pet before the grooming appointment. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Grooming Requirements: All dogs must be in good health and have up-to-date vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be required before providing any grooming services.

Health Condition: If your dog has any specific health issues or sensitivities, please inform us beforehand so we can take necessary precautions during grooming.

Individual Dog Assessment: Our groomers will assess each dog's coat condition, behavior, and specific grooming needs upon arrival to provide the most appropriate grooming plan.

Matting and Extra Charges: If your dog's coat is severely matted, an additional fee may apply due to the extra time and effort required for dematting. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Grooming Results: While our groomers strive to meet your expectations, please understand that the final results may vary due to factors such as coat condition and temperament.

Behaviour & Aggressive Dogs: You are responsible for disclosing any behavioral issues or aggression tendencies your dog may have before the grooming appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue grooming services if we determine that your dog’s behaviour poses a risk to our staff or other dogs.

Release of Liability: By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to release Ruff Ruff Dog Grooming & Daycare from any liability resulting from grooming services provided.

Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of completion, unless prior arrangements have been made. We require at least 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please note that there may be extra charges for extensive dematting, specialised services, or add-ons as agreed upon.

Social Media: Dog owners agree to photos being taken of their dog for the purpose of being published on social media or our website.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information as necessary to provide the grooming services and for record-keeping purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate the grooming services.
